One of the most important factors that can play an active role in motivating the development of any individual is the external environment, including the school environment and the psycho-social climate of the classroom. Therefore, the current study aimed to predict the motivation for academic achievement based on the classroom psychosocial climate and quality of school life in female high school students in Bandar Abbas in 2021. The study is applied based on the purpose and according to the method and data collection is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population includes all female high school students in Bandar Abbas. Participants were 189 female students that selected using random sampling method. Data collection tools include: Hermans Achievement Motivation Questionnaire (AMQ); Classroom Psychosocial Climate Questionnaire Fraser et al.'s (1995) and the Quality of School Life Questionnaire (QOSL) Williams & Button (1981). Pearson correlation and multiple regression methods were used to analyze the data. Results indicated that classroom psychosocial climate and quality of school life predicted the achievement motivation, significantly. The results revealed that 38% of students' achievement motivation can be explained through the psychosocial climate of the classroom and the quality of school life. Overall, by enriching the school and classroom environment, students' motivation can be improved.
