Criticism of new religious thinking about the position of women in the family; A comparative study

Investigating the basic issues of the family is one of the challenging issues that not only verses from the Qur'an have been dedicated to this issue, but it has also been the focus of scientific and interpretive figures, including Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, one of the deep-thinking contemporary Shia commentators, as well as Dr. Mohammad Shahrour, a contemporary commentator.  Is.  In the current research, relying on the library and descriptive-analytical method, the verses and rulings related to the basic issues of the family system from the point of view of Allameh Javadi Amoli and Dr. Mohammad Shahrour will be explained and analyzed.  Based on the results of this research, compliance with various factors can strengthen the marital relationship, such as alimony;  dowry;  consistency;  good company;  And the cover is one of them.  Ayatollah Javadi believes that if men and women do not respect their financial and non-financial rights towards each other, the foundations of dissolution will be laid in life.  Mohammad Shahrour believes in a different point of view on the issue of chastity and hijab;  It is the consistency that their observance has an effective role in not dissolving.  He considers only one permanent wife permissible for Muslims and in the field of man's management, he states that if a woman's intellectual ability is greater than a man's, a man cannot be considered a woman's guardian.  Regarding justice between spouses, he believes that the meaning of justice is economic justice, and orphan and non-orphan children belong to it.
