fa مقایسه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و روانشناختی در بیماران پیوند عضو موفق و ناموفق روان شناسی تکاملی Evolutionary Psychology پژوهشي Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#3300ff;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:107%">Although, the organ transplantation has many benefits for patients in need but a large ratio of organ transplant recipients suffer psychological problems including depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. </span><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:150%">Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare personality and psychological characteristics in successful and unsuccessful transplant patients. In a causal-comparative study, two groups of successful and unsuccessful transplant patients (all organ transplant groups including kidney, heart, liver...) were compared. For this purpose, 100 transplant patients (50 people in each group) who lived in Tehran in the second six months of 2022, were selected by purposive sampling. Participants answered the questionnaire of Costa&shy; & McCrae (1992) personality traits and researcher-made psychological traits. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22 and multivariate analysis of variance. The results indicated there is a significant difference between two groups in personality traits (irritability, extroversion, openness, being conscientious and</span> <span style="line-height:150%">Compatibility) and psychological characteristics (risk-taking, self-control, ambiguity tolerance, daydreaming, challenging).
