en بررسی نقش پیش بینی کننده طرخواره های ناسازگار اولیه و سرسختی بر فرسودگی شغلی معلمان اول ابتدایی شهرستان گنبد کاووس روان شناسی تکاملی Evolutionary Psychology پژوهشي Original <div style="text-align: justify;">فرسودگی فروپاشی جسمی، روحی و روانی است. از آنجا که یکی از مهمترین عوامل فرسودگی شغلی صفات شخصیتی میباشد و طرحوارهها به عنوان صفات شخصیتی مطرح شده در روانشناسی تحولی شخصیت، نقش بسزایی را ایفا میکنند در این پژوهش نقش پیش‌بینی کننده طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و سرسختی بر فرسودگی شغلی معلمان پایه اول ابتدایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور برای گردآوری داده‌ها با روش سرشماری از بین 142 نفر، برابر کل معلمان اول ابتدایی شهرستان گنبد کاووس پرسش نامه های مربوطه توزیع شد که در نهایت 108 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های جمعیت شناختی، فرسودگی‌شغلی ‌مسلش و جکسون (1981)، فرم کوتاه مقیاس سرسختی کوباسا (1982) و فرم کوتاه طرح‌واره ‌ناسازگاراولیه یانگ (1998) بود. یافته های همبستگی نشان داد که بین سه حوزه‌ طرح‌واره‌های ‌ناسازگار اولیه،- استقلال / عملکرد مختل، محدودیت‌های مختل و گوش‌به‌زنگی بیش‌ازحد / بازداری-با فرسودگی‌شغلی در معلمان پایه اول ابتدایی شهر گنبد رابطه مثبت و معنادار و بین سرسختی و فرسودگی‌شغلی رابطه معکوس و معنادار وجود داشت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز حاکی از آن بود که این مدل با توان پیش بینی کنندگی دو حوزه استقلال / عملکرد مختل و گوش به زنگی / بازداری &nbsp;50/9 درصد از واریانس فرسودگی شغلی را تبیین میکند. در نتیجه تمرکز بر توان بالای پیش بینی کنندگی دو حوزه مذکور در سطح مداخلات آموزشی و درمانی مبتنی بر طرحواره می تواند در جهت پیشگیری یا کاهش فرسودگی شغلی معلمان حائز اهمیت باشد.<br> واژه‌های کلیدی: طرح‌واره‌‌های ناسازگاراولیه، سرسختی، فرسودگی‌شغلی معلمان<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#3300ff;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion. The personality trait is one of the major causes of burnout. Moreover, schemas as personality traits discussed in personality developmental psychology are very important in this regard. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the predictive effect of early maladaptive schemas and hardiness on burnout of first grade elementary school teachers. For this purpose, the study questionnaires were distributed to all of the first-grade elementary school teachers in Gonbad Kavous city, Iran (142 people) to collect data. At the end, 108 questionnaires were analyzed. The research instruments included demographic questionnaire, Burnout Scale, Kobasa&rsquo;s Hardiness Scale &ndash;Short Form (1982) and Young&#39;s maladaptive schema-short form (2005). According to results, there was a positive and significant relationship between three domains of early maladaptive schemas including impaired performance and autonomy, impaired limits and hyper vigilance/inhibition with burnout. Also, there was a significant inverse relationship between hardiness and burnout. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, the model of study explained the 50.9% of the variance of burnout with the predictive power of two domains of impaired performance and autonomy and hyper vigilance/inhibition.
