fa طراحی و آزمون الگوی شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای مدرسان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی روان شناسی تربیتی Educational Psychology پژوهشي Original <strong><span dir="RTL">محقق با هدف ارائه</span> <span dir="RTL">&laquo;طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای مدرسان دانشگاه جامع علمی- کاربردی&raquo;، اقدام به انجام این تحقیق نمود. </span><span dir="RTL">روش تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و به روش اکتشافی و به لحاظ نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع کمی است. از روش تحلیل استنباطی و توصیف داده‌ها و استفاده از تحلیل عاملی (اکتشافی و تاییدی)، برای تحلیل داده‌های پرسشنامه و ارائه نتایج استفاده شد. روایی محتوای پرسشنامه توسط خبرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری به تعداد 54،000 نفر و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 391 نفر از مدرسان دانشگاه جامع علمی</span><span dir="RTL">&ndash;</span><span dir="RTL"> کاربردی در سطح استان‌های کشوربودند. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل پرسشنامه شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای مدرسان</span><span dir="RTL">98% می باشد که ابزار استفاده شده از پایایی مطلوبی برخوردار است. </span><span dir="RTL">تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده، به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی از طریق نرم افزار </span>SPSS 16<span dir="RTL"> و </span>Smart PLS<span dir="RTL"> انجام شد. </span><span dir="RTL">عوامل مورد آزمون عبارتند از: رهبری، ارزشیابی، ادراکی، مدیریت کلاس درس، تکنولوژیک و مجازی، آموزشی، تعهد، کمال گرایی مثبت، اخلاق مداری، ذهنیت جهانی. محقق در پرسشنامه این عوامل، ابعاد و مولفه ها را به ارزیابی گذاشته و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی، بارهای عاملی را بررسی کرد. با توجه به اینکه کلیه مولفه‌ها به دلیل آنکه هم بارعاملی و هم ضریب مسیر آن‌ها از 0.3 بیشتر است، و کل الگو معنادار است، هیچ مولفه از مسیر تحلیل حذف نشد و کلیه مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های آن‌ها، تحت عنوان مولفه‌های الگوی شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای مدرسان دانشگاه علمی- کاربردی مورد پذیرش قرار گرفت</span></strong> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#3300ff;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Considering developments and advances in technology and the future needs of teaching skills based on changes in labor markets and the need to respond, there is a need to design a model of competencies required for effective job performance of instructors. Thus, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing and testing the model of professional competencies of instructors in the comprehensive university of applied-science. The research method was applied in terms of aim, and quantitative in terms of method. Inferential analysis method and data description and factor analysis (exploratory and confirmatory) were used to analyze the questionnaire data and present the results. Due to confirmation of questions by the experts, the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. The statistical population of the study included 54000 people and the sample consisted of 391 university instructors. Cochran&#39;s formula was used to calculate the sample size. Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was obtained at .90 and the used instrument showed a good reliability. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. The tested factors included leadership, assessment, perceptual, classroom management, technological and virtual, educational, obligation, positive perfectionism, ethical, and global mindset. These factors were evaluated through a questionnaire and factor loads were assessed using factor analysis. Since in all components, both the factor load and their path coefficient were more than .30, and the whole model was significant, no component was removed from the path analysis and all their components and indicators were accepted as components of the model of professional competencies of instructors.</span></span></div> الگوی شایستگی‌حرفه‌ای, شایستگی حرفه‌ای مدرسان, دانشگاه جامع علمی- کاربردی, مدرس دانشگاه جامع علمی- کاربردی.
